CONFIRMATION
All reservation requests will be confirmed within 24 hours. When the immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised in return by facsimile or email within 24 hours.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
*) After receiving the final confirmed program from INDOCHINA VILLAGE Travel, you will need to secure all services booked for this trip. A deposit of 10% of the total cost is requested to guarantee all bookings. This deposit can be made by Bank Transfer to our company's account. And the rest of the tour price should be paid to INDOCHINA VILLAGE Travel 20 days prior to client's arrival in or the starting date of the tour.
*) INDOVILLAGE Travel must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
Before 30 days - 10% of the total tour / service cost
From 30 days to 21 days - 25% of the total tour / service cost
From 15 days to 10 days - 50% of the total tour / service cost
From 09 days to 05 days - 80% of the total tour / service cost
From 02 days to arrival or no show - no refund
